During the 10th European Nutrition Conference (Paris, 10-13 July 2007), the first results and the ongoing studies of the Lycocard project will be presented during a specific session entitled “Lycocard: Investigating the role of lycopene in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases”. The session will take place on July 11, 2007 from 18:00 to 19:30.

Dr. Maria Periago (University of Murcia, Spain): Lycopene and other antioxidants in tomatoes and tomato products
